Regular AND Frequent Quality Audits and Infection Control Practices

Internal quality controls for the tests performed in our laboratory are carried out regularly at specified frequencies. In internal quality controls for bacterial identification and antimicrobial susceptibility tests, strains defined by NCCLS are used. We participated in the External Quality Control Program for microbiological identification, complete blood count, prothrombin time and INR.
